How can I get accurate shipping rates using dimensional weight in my online store?

Our store is currently using Lightspeed to input dimensional weight and in normal circumstances, this theoretically should be pushing to Shopify, but because they do not do dimensional weight, we cant inaccurate shipping rates almost every time.  

We are a musical instrument store so we use lots of different size boxes daily to ship out products. 

Is there a solution to where we can use Lightspeed's data to use that dimensional weight for accurate shipping rates? Or alternatively, find an app that gives accurate shipping information and lets us use Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS for shipping?
