How can I get Endicia rates in my Shopify account?

I've asked the Shopify Help and it said:

To get Endicia's shipping rates on Shopify, you'll need to add Endicia as a calculated shipping rate.

1. Go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.
2. Click on the shipping profile to add rates.
3. Click Add rate next to the desired zone.
4. Select Use carrier or app to calculate rates.
5. Choose Endicia from the drop-down menu.
6. Select the shipping methods you want to offer at checkout.

That's it! Now, Endicia's rates should be available at checkout. For more details, check this Shopify Help Article.

Now.. I've tried this.. but I still don't see Endicia in that dropdown. Am I missing something?

(In my Apps section I see "Endicia.com Orders". I assume that's what I need, since I followed the directions for that...)
