Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
My bank couldn’t deposit my payout funds due to the shop name being the receiver. I’ve updated my information I just need my funds to be released.
Hey, @TavonE24.
Thanks for reaching out and posting this question.
I understand that your payout couldn't be deposited due to the name on your payments account. If you've just updated the name on your account, then you can view your payouts to check for the next scheduled payout. You'll also want to keep an eye out for any failed payouts as that may help you understand where the issue might be coming from. However, if you're not seeing a scheduled payout date, failed payouts, or you require further assistance, then it looks like we'll need to access your account in order to resolve the problem. While we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we'd be happy to continue assisting you through live chats. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request.
That being said, I noticed that you're a new member of our Shopify Community and I'd love to hear more about your business. What kinds of products are you selling? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?
