How can I identify and manage multiple Shopify store bills?

I have one main shopify store. However, I've purchased in the past, a big budle through an ad. Now I'm getting multiple bills and I just want to pay for my primary one. What is a good reliable contact, whether it be email, phone or letter that I can request this information. Shopify does not provide a straight answer other than sending me down an infinite rabbit hole. Thank you in advance.

Hi, @tateduta. I'm happy to look into this with you! I just have a few questions to make sure I fully understand what's happening. I want to make sure I give you helpful advice going forward.

  • Can you clarify what you mean when you say you purchased a big bundle through an ad?
  • Are you able to access the account you want to continue with?

If you are being charged for multiple shops, it sounds like you have multiple shops active with Shopify. You can use this page to find all of your shops. When you enter your email address on that page you will receive an email listing any stores associated with the email address you entered. Please try all of the email addresses you have to maximize your chances of finding all of the shops you created. From here, you can close any stores you don't want to use by following the steps in this guide

We wouldn't be able to tell you a list of all stores associated with you as you would need to authenticate each account for us to see more information about them. That being said, you can contact our support team through the Help Center here if you ever have questions or concerns about your account.

Please let me know if you have any questions! This guide on unknown charges can help you in the meantime as well.
