Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I ordered an item to test out shipping, and payment has gone through , but no ETA or tracking is available and I want to be able to change that for customers once I start promoting my store my orders are automatically fulfilled but no ETA or tracking number is shown. How am I able to do this and change it so customers feel more secure that their products are being shipped ?

If the tracking number is added to the orders during fulfillment, the order confirmation email should include the tracking number.
The orders are automatically fulfilled and no tracking number came with it, it says fiat shipping rates don’t contain tracking , is there a way to change that , I also tried to check with the supplier CJ dropshipping but I didn’t get anything out of it.
Yeah I think beyond contacting CJ Dropshipping, if they claim that "fiat shipping rates" don't include tracking, you may need to explore other shipping options or carriers that provide tracking. Shopify allows you to set up custom shipping rates or use third-party shipping apps that offer tracking options.

I recommend performing manual fulfillment after inputting the tracking numbers, since you required tracking numbers in the order completion email.
Another alternative option is to edit the order confirmation email template to add a generic ETA, for example, "Your product will be delivered in 2-4 days."
If you generate the shipment label in Shopify, automatic fulfillment with the tracking number is achievable, whether through Shopify shipping or by utilizing a relevant app.
