How can I incorporate Trendsi shipping costs into product prices for free shipping?

One of the issues that I am trying to resolve is offering free shipping with my Trendsi products. I set up customized shipping based on the standard shipping rates Trendsi offers. They are really cheap. But I still want to offer free shipping for my entire website of products.  Trendsi products are the only products in my online store where shipping is calculated at checkout instead of being offered FREE to my customers.  Is there a way to include the Trendsi shipping costs into the price of my Trendsi products so that I can offer FREE SHIPPING?
