How can I indicate the separate shipping times based on which location the items are shipping from?

I have some items located in overseas locations and some items based domestically. Depending on the item, shipping times vary from between 3-4 days domestic location, to 7-9 days from the overseas location.

Is there any way to show the shipping estimate, per item, on the checkout page using locations and shipping templates?

Hello Scott,

Unfraternally not possible. 

Because when multiple located items in the cart, Still Shopify required a common shipping rates for all split cart(items with different located)

And it do not allow different name even by API.
