How can I integrate Slovak parcel service into my online store?

Hello, I am from Slovakia and I would like to add new shipping company Slovak parcel service as a new option for customers to use. I need make an integration to my store (something similar to Packeta which I use right now) but there is no app in the app store which would make it happen. I already contacted them for support and they suggest to ask Shopify technical support. There is a lot of stores in Slovakia that would need that integration.
