Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Our FB orders are connected to Shopify. We need to do a courtesy refund for an order issue, but can't seem to find a way to do that when it's a FB order, only return or partial credit on a return...not a partial credit on the whole order? Any ideas? TIA

I'm having this issue trying to do a partial refund for a customer as well.
Was there ever a resolution to this? We have the same issue.
Unfortunately, no one has come to the table offering a resolution and we were just way too busy managing the total business over the holidays to dig in any further. Not sure if this is a Shopify issue or a FB issue, but going to start with reaching out to FB since none of the Shopify experts have weighed in. 🙃
