How can I issue refunds from a deactivated account?

My store was deactivated for breaching the TOS of Shopify and I got few payouts on pending and orders which I marked as fullfied but I didn't fullfied them because I didn't had the money to send the products, as I didn't got any money I couldn't make the delivery and the account got disabled, will the customer get their money back automatically or?
