Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
We're getting slammed with fraudulent orders with shipping addresses that turn out to be warehouses. We have shipping restricted to U.S. addresses, but I can't figure out how to restrict billing addresses to the U.S. as well.
Do the warehouse address have any common pattern? Like PO box addresses have the keyword "PO" present in them?
If yes, then you can use our app ShipMagic to block shipping on such addresses.
Unfortunately, no. I used Google Street View to see where the shipping address were.
You can use Shopify Flow (free) and create a rule to block off the customers from using the same address within the U.S, but it's not a dynamic system/. You need to keep updating the information manually.
Our app, Beacon also allows for blacklisting billing and shipping address a bit more simpler than Shopify Flow and is more dynamic ( it can detect if the data changes IE: the if the same customer keeps updating their data).
