How can I link Linnworks to MyHermes without Canada Post interference?

So we use Linnworks to process our orders, we currently use MyHermes for a majority of our orders, when we do this via Linnworks it uses Canada postal service on Shopify, we then have to manually edit the tracking link, is there a way to solve this issue?
