How can I link my new UPS account to my online store?

Please Help.

I am trying to add my new UPS account to my shopify shipping options but every time I go through the steps it keeps putting my old UPS account number. I keep disconnecting the old one but it keeps showing up whenever I add the new #. I can't figure out how to get a live support agent to assist.
