How can I manage stockroom locations using barcoding in Shopify?

Hello All,

Any advice on managing stockroom locations using Shopify barcoding. Currently we have our own numbering system from our old POS which is three digits - four digits. The three digits tells us what row the item is located and the four digit give us the shelf location. Any advice on using Shopify for locations?

We have a solution for this on Sheet Master https://apps.shopify.com/sheet-master (currently free).
