How can I manually integrate DHL Parcel Spain and set up multiple shipping zones?

Hi all,

My shipping carrier is DHL. I can not seem to figure out how to integrate DHL Parcel Spain with my Shopify store so I wanted to do it Manually for now. (If someone can help me with this amazing but this is not necessarily my question for now.)

My question for now is that i'm setting up multiple shipping zones but for some reason I can not add all products to those zones. For example when I select all products for zone 2, zone 1 loses all those products. How can I resolve this issue?
