How can I mark manual orders for in-store pick-up?

Hi there

As a picture framer, we take orders in store, which are then collected at a later date in store.

I can't find a way of marking manually created orders as being for pick-up (no problem with online orders where the customer can select pick-up)

Is this option simply not available, or am I missing something (or is there an add-on which will enable it?)
