How can I mark my first order as fulfilled on Shopify?

I have a problem with fulfilling my first order on shopify. I completed det order through Dsers and the order are already sent. But my problem is that I cant mark my order on shopify as "Completed" or "fulfilled". And I cant see any income in the sopify analytics.
