How can I modify or remove the free shipping banner on my page?

Im not sure what I did BUT there is a discount banner on my page that is offering free shipping with the purchase of $150 or more. How can I amend that or get rid of it? I've tried with no success. Help.

If you're using the announcement bar that comes included with a theme, then you can follow these steps to edit your announcement bar. However, if you're using a third-party app, then you will need to take a look at the customization options within the app's settings. Should you need to get help with a third-party app, then the app developer is always available to assist you. Simply reach out to the developer using the contact information found at the bottom of their app's page.

Thank you so very much for your reply, but the discount banner is embedded with the HEADER, not the announcement bar.

Can someone help me with my issue? The discount banner is embedded in the header and it doesn't appear to be a third party app. I am completely at a loss for how to remove it. I REALLY need help. Thanks!

If you're using a Shopify-supported theme, then this is something that our Theme Support team can help you with. While we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we'd be happy to further assist you through live chats. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request.

 

That being said, if you're using a third-party or custom theme, then you can check with the theme designers to see if they offer theme support. If the theme designers don't offer theme support, then you may need to consider hiring a developer to assist you with this type of theme.
