Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi All
Some of our suppliers cant delivery to the Highlands in Scotland, so what we do when we create the shipping rate for that supplier, we then block sales coming in from Scotland. Is there we can change the message below that the customer sees - see below

Hi, @gazzzzzer. I'm happy to help you out with this! To clarify, are you hoping to change this message just for visitors from Scotland or for all of your customers? Also, which theme are you currently using?
You can typically change the wording of this error message within your theme content editor. This guide on using the theme content editor can help. To get to your theme content editor go to Online store > Themes in your Shopify admin. From there, click ... > Edit default theme content (next to the specific theme you're working with) and locate the wording you'd like to change. Once you find the the wording you want to change, you can change it by replacing the text in the text box directly under the original wording. You can see an example of this in the screenshot I shared. The wording and where the setting is located may differ depending on the theme you're using, but using the Dawn theme as an example, I found this error by searching the term 'Shipped' and it was located under the Checkout & system tab.
All that being said, this error message is the generic shipping error message used when the system isn't finding a valid shipping rate for an order. If you are changing the wording of this error, I recommend leaving it generic enough so that if it needs to be used for another situation, it will still make sense to the customer.
Try that out and please let me know if you have any questions!
