Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Is there a way to add in a note during the checkout phase under shipping address to notify customers that we only accept shipping addresses written in roman letters so that there will be no characters (Kanji, chinese, korean etc characters) When the shipment is processed, our shipping courier, USPS does not allow for shipping address to be in listed in foreign language characters/letters. These packages with non-roman letters get returned back to us, the senders.
Please help me solve this issue, any advice will be appreciated. Mahalo!

Hey, @AvantiHawaii! Welcome to Shopify Community!
While we are unable to edit the checkout and add elements to it as a way to keep it secure, there's a workaround you can do to add the text or the notice about the customer shipping address. You can utilize the text that is already there and edit it to reflect the message you want to convey to your customers. In this case, you can edit the text Address and you can do so by following the steps below.
This is how it will look like at the checkout:
Are you shipping internationally? International customers may be discouraged from placing an order if their address cannot be supported in your store. If you have a growing number of orders that need to be shipped outside of your home country, it may pay to look into using an alternative courier for international orders. We have a list of couriers that ship internationally on this blog post and a link to each of their shipping calculators. Feel free to check it out and see if your store can use a different courier to accommodate all international orders so you don't miss out on any sales!

Thank you very much, Summer! That solution works for us.
Yes, we offer international shipping. It just has to be Romanized, so for example, 'Tokyo' is acceptable, but 東京都 (Kanji for Tokyo) is not acceptable for USPS processing.
My pleasure, @AvantiHawaii! Thanks for the update. I'm glad to know it works!
Ah, I see what you mean. In addition to adding the note to your checkout, feel free to add it to your shipping policy too, if you haven't yet, so customers are aware of the expectations when placing an order.
