How can i pay my bill when my account had been frozen?

When it comes to settling your outstanding bill for a frozen store, you can simply log back in to your store like you normally would. You will be presented with a landing page that will show you the current bill that you need to settle. From there, you can easily choose how you would like to pay.
Once this outstanding bill is settled however, if you want to reopen your store and continue with it, you will also need to pay for your new month's subscription fee. For example, if you decide to reopen today, January 11, 2022, you will be to settle your outstanding bill from months prior as well as paying for a new fee that will cover January 11, 2022 til February 10, 2022. Definitely keep this in mind when budgeting for these costs.
