How can I pay out commissions through the GoAffPro app?

Hello.

I had an order from a customer the other day and the payment got paid out to me today, however, I now need to pay commission to a team member but I can't see where to do this on the GoAffPro app. Its saying something about 14 days but surely when the money is paid out to me for the order, the commissions should be payable from me then too? I have uploaded a picture. I hope you can help. Thank you.
