How can I permanently close my online store with a failed payment notice?

Hi,

I would like to close our store permanently. Our billing date was yesterday, I'm trying to close store since yesterday and it keeps saying  "payment failed." Even if I try to pause it, system wants me to update payment method. I dont have money to pay this months bill now in my credit card, and I dont want to sell my products online anymore.

Could you please help me to close the store immediately?

I also started a domain transfer to another provider to keep my domain in another service. It has been 4 days since the transfer started, is closing my shop will effect this transfer? Please inform.
