How can I preload my store's gift cards with a $20 value?

Hello. I want to pre load a bunch of our Shopify store gift cards with $20 value each  , and give them away to retailers who sell our products in thier brick and motar locations......How can I go about that? Theres no info about that process , anywhere......TIA
