How can I print packing slips and shipping labels directly to my printer?

Hi,

I'm fulfilling orders and I want to print the packing slip and shipping label directly to a printer that's installed on my Windows 11 computer.  It only lets me save the packing slip and shipping labels as a pdf. 

Is there a way to print directly to the printer?  It's a Brother color laser printer and I am using the Chrome browser.  Very strange because I think I've done this in the past but we have recently moved to a new location with new computers (same printer).  I know the printer is installed correctly on the computer since I can send a test page to it.
