Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
hi i have a little problem here and i hope that you can help me with, the previous days i was not holding funds in my visa card to pay the shopify plan and now my account is inactive and i wanna pay the bill but i could not have access to my account to pay , what should i do please ? thank you

Although it sounds like your store is frozen due to an outstanding invoice, you will still be able to pay your bill to reopen. Simply head to the Shopify login page and login as usual. Instead of accessing your admin, you will see a notice that your store is frozen due to an outstanding invoice, and will provide you the option to pay.
Please note, Shopify does not accept prepaid Visa, and you will need to use a standard post paid Visa or Mastercard. Depending on your region, PayPal could also be an option.
In the meantime, once you have reopened your store I would love to see it! Please let me know your domain when you have a chance and we can go from there.
hi thank you but no , when i try to login into my account it directly tells me that my store is currently unavailable. and i can't do anything and i don't have the ability to pay the bill

Thanks for the additional context! Generally that message would only appear when you attempt to view your domain. Can you walk me through the login steps you are taking?
If you are taking the appropriate steps that you are met with that message there could be an additional issue apart from the bill payment. If that is the case you will need to reach out to our live advisors who can access your account and determine the issue.
