How can I receive payouts from manual payment orders?

Hello, I have 3 orders that have been placed using Manual Payment as the Payment Gateway. The first order was on August 5th 2023 and the other two orders have been placed recently within the past few days. My Payouts are set to be collected every day, but I have not received a payout yet for any of these orders. I have verified my bank information on Shopify and it is correct. The timelines for all 3 orders are showing customer has paid and order has been fulfilled. All 3 orders are marked as Draft orders. My question is this: How do I get my payout from these orders?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some guidance on getting paid, to ensure this gets resolved. 

To share some insight, manual payment methods allow merchants like yourself to accept forms of payment beside credit cards. This allows your customers to still place their order online and receive the payment in a way that works best for you. The most common types of manual payments include cash on delivery (COD), money orders, and bank transfers. 

With that said however, those payments are not brokered or integrated into Shopify. You are responsible for arranging a way to receive those payouts directly with your customers. After the payment has been received, you can then manually approve the order. To learn more about this, you can check out our Manaual Payment Methods document, as it touches on this further. 

If you haven't received those funds, I'd encourage you to follow up with your customers and/or send them an invoice.
