How can I receive unpaid funds from my purchases and transfer them to my bank?

I have 7 purchases that were not paid out. How can I receive those funds and transfer payment to my bank account?

Between December 15, 2019 through December 23, 2020.

Welcome to the Shopify Community. For these 7 purchases that were not paid out, is this on a live store, or have you closed the store?

Further, I have some more questions to help clarify the best way to move forward here:

• What payment gateway were these purchases made on? For example, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Authorize.net, etc.
• Did you receive a notification that your payout failed? Or how were you notified that you did not receive these funds?
• If this is a live store, have you received any payouts since this date?
• If this is a closed store, when did you close the store?
