Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
We have wrongly made a refund to a customer even though the customer already got a chargeback through the bank, meaning we paid the money twice. Please let us know how we can get the money back
Contact your bank or whoever the payment processor who issued the refund if it's paypal etc and ask them to help resolve the issue (they may eventually do this anyways).
