How can I remove the 'Free Shipping - Eligible for Cash on Delivery' option?

Hello, 

I suddenly notice an " Free shipping -Eligible for Cash on Delivery" option pop up for our shipping rates. This was not something we activated. Any information on how to get rid of this?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with locating a shipping rate, to get this resolved. As we wouldn't be able to access your shop through the Community, I recommend following the outlined steps listed below to help resolve:

• Head into your Shipping Settings to view all available profiles, zones, and rates. There may have been a rate recently created that's listed here.
• If using any Shipping Apps, it's recommended to look through their settings to ensure a rate isn't populating there. 

If after investigating all shipping settings and apps, you continue seeing the rate, I recommend Contacting Support to allow additional digging.
