How can I reorder the shipping rates from a carrier service?

Hello,

I am pulling in customized rates using a carrier service web hook for orders. The rates are coming in ok, but the currently they are ordered by the price going from lowest at the top to the highest. However, I would want them to appear in a different order. Is there anyway to control this?
