How can I report a scam from a medical supplies company on an ecommerce platform?

I am sure I am probably on the wrong page, but I wish to report a company that has scammed me out of $250 for KN95 masks......

I was not concerned at the time of order as they were associated on the finder app and shopify was the merchant that processed the purchase. I have since had no joy from the company and have found now there are multiple complaints over the scam.  I am trying to report the scam but Shopify need the URL attached to the payment, all I ever received was a shop pay verfication code, without the URL I cannot report the scam or request that the payment be reimbursed. What do I need to do in the instance. Hoping someone from shopify can respond

If you have a search through your browser history you might be able to find the website you bought it from - If you can find the web address in your history, then you can send it to them as the URL they're after.

Thanks Stemginger, I will try and look again into their website, but looking at it closer they do not even have an address or phone number. Just disappointed before I used the shopify payment function - I checked that they only dealt with reputable firms as they scarily keep your credit card details on file, I have used it before with other purchases and not had any issues..... not so lucky this time.
