Because of this, typically buyers will need to speak with the store directly for any issues regarding their order. Can you let me know if you've tried contacting the store? This could be through replying to your order email confirmation, or by one of the methods listed in our guide here.
If you've tried contacting the store with no success, and you're looking for a solution to potentially help with your funds, the best way forward is to contact your bank or card provider. Most banks have built-in security measures to protect you as a buyer, and they will be able to provide you with the appropriate next steps. Keep in mind that some banks require that 30 days have passed since you placed your order before you can file a report with them, and to ensure that the store has been given enough time to prepare and process your order.
