Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi shopify community, i have a huge problem!
When customers try checkout and buys from my shop they have a choice to put either their phone number( on danish "telefonnummer") or their mail, so many of the customers only put their number in, which is extremely bad because then i have troubles with shipment, cause then they can't get tracking updates for their package, and many of them has given bad reviews because of this. So i'm asking you guys if you know how i can set it up so my customer both MUST checkout with mail and phone number to complete their order. It would be a huge help if you guys helped out, have a great day 🙂

Thanks for your post. You can choose from the following options for customer contact methods at checkout:
From what you're describing, I think email only would be the best option. You can edit this in your Shopify admin by navigating to Settings > Checkout > Customer contact method. You can also read more in this help document!
