my Shopify store was inactive. so now I want to open again so I can't pay the bill. so please help me. actually, they tell me about 3d security payments. so I don't understand the 3 d security outstanding bill. so please give me the perfect solution so I can pay again.

Are you still experiencing this issue? You have an outstanding invoice to pay in order to reactivate your store is that correct? 

Once the outstanding invoice has been paid in full, your store should be accessible as normal.
