How can I resolve a partially fulfilled order issue?

Good evening,

I offer engraving as an addon, and the engraving was very light due to the selected metal. I refunded and restocked the item to my store, but it's still showing as partially fulfilled. The order itself (the item that was supposed to be engraved, I mean it is engraved just not to my satisfaction) is packed and ready to go. How do I go about solving this? It's really annoying since it shows up when I look for my unfulfilled orders.

There is no way for me to remove it to show correctly that I am aware of. Is there a workaround? Thank you!
