I am so frustrated with UPS.  They lost a package I had shipped to one of my customers and I filed the claim but it never showed on my UPS dashboard...so I called after a month and spoke to someone...she gave me the claim number, but it still doesn't show on my dashboard and I don't know what the status is.  Another month later, and I can't even speak with anyone who will help me...if I manage to get a hold of a human being (this is a skill I should get money for) I get transferred between Claims and Customer Service. I don't know what they are going to do about it...are they supposed to reimburse me, the shipper or the customer?  How do you get UPS to take care of these issues?  Their customer service just sucks.  I think Shopify needs to jerk a knot in their crap...if they can't take care of our customers, maybe we need another carrier!!!
