How can I resolve identity verification and payment hold issues?

i have recently created my website but ran into some obstacles about identity verification and payments being on hold . i verified my identity but shopify has my payments / payouts on hold , how do i fix this ??

If you have successfully uploaded the requested documents then they will need to be manually reviewed by our Payments team and Banking Partners. Reviews typically take between 24-72 business hours; however, there may be a delay in the review process due to the number of reviews in the queue. If you haven't heard back by the end of this week, or early next week, then let me know as I can take a look into the account to see if the documents were uploaded correctly.
