How can I resolve my new technical issues with payment and Meta account setup on Shopify?

Hello everyone ! 🙂

I'm new to Shopify and have encountered few technical issues I'd like to get help with.

 - Had my first purchase from my Shopify website yesterday, Unfortunately I cannot find the payment that was made. No payment was received on my paypal account or on my banking account. 

 - The same purchase from yesterday , It shows that the costumer received the order successfully which makes no sense because the order ships from China to Canada..  

 - How long should it take to connect my Meta Business Account with Shopify? I created meta account few days back and it still wont let me connect to shopify with the following error massage ; You need admin access to the connected business to complete setup.
