How can I resolve my Shopify payout account being on hold?

Hi i checked my payment account was on hold and error message is

Your Shopify Payments account is on hold
We’re unable to deposit your Shopify Payments payouts into your bank account.

How to fix this?

To confirm I'm fully understanding, are you seeing a banner within the homepage of the Shopify admin that outlines your next steps? It will likely outline one of the following messages: 

• If you have been prompted to upload documents, then you will want to do so as soon as possible. Please be sure to provide all the requested information, ensuring documents are clear and complete (i.e the entire documents - no edges or corners cut off). Any submitted documents may take up to 3 business days to be reviewed. 
• If you're not seeing an option to upload documents, you will likely see a message asking you to contact support. In this case, you will want to head over to our Contact Page and get in touch with our support advisors as soon as possible.
