Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello I have a problem with shopify payments, I can't receive payments from customers because they are pending and my shop is asking me to provide more information. I gave my correct informations, ID and bill payment with the files but they refuse because he says he can't read them because they are not clear, can you help me to enter these documents in the system s do you like it?
Hi, @Flairfulfillmen
This isn't the right place to discuss that. For your own security, it's important to only share personal information with authorized representatives.
I suggest contacting Shopify support directly to get the help you need. They have a team of experts who are available to assist you with any issues you may be experiencing.
This is only a community support section and everyone can see your details
Hello and welcome to the Shopify Community.
From what you have described, it sounds like you are having some trouble when trying to submit verification documents for Shopify Payments. I'd be happy to help clarify this for you.
It sounds like there are some issues with the documents that you are submitting, as the files are not clear enough to read. I would invite you to take a look at this information requirements for Shopify Payments resource on our help center, as it explains the various things you need to consider when submitting documents for review.
One of the requirements listed there is that the documents must be 'clear and large enough to read'. In general, fully complete documents must be uploaded (entire size, front and back) and you can choose either PNG or JPG formats, however for certain things PDF is also accepted. You will need to ensure that the quality of these images is good, and that they are not blurry or too small. Using a dedicated scanner connected to your computer, or even a clear photograph from a mobile phone should be fine.
If you are still having issues with trying to submit your documents even after checking out the above information, then feel free to reach out to our support team here and we will do our best to help.
Note: I had to remove some of the information containing login credentials that you shared in your post, as this is a public forum accessible to anyone on the internet. I would highly encourage you to be more mindful with sharing sensitive information like this, as anyone who found it could access your store. If you haven't done so already, I would suggest changing your password immediately and then enabling two-factor authentication on your account.
