How can I resolve persistent shipping issues on my ecommerce site?

I have had problems with shipping since day 1.  why it doesn't ask for dimensions was shocking to me.

now I want to add free shipping for over $50 on all items except furniture and its giving me the "this does not ship to your area" why I try some of the products.  and do i have to manually add each product to the shipping profile?

im over trying to fix this.  i dont have time.

where do i hire someone to do this?
