Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
We do not want to ship out of a physical address, only drop ship from Printify. When you go to order a shirt, it says that your address is not available for shipping. How do I fix this problem?
Hey, @LearningTree.
Thanks for bringing your question here to the Community! I'm more than happy to take a look into this with you.
To set shipping from only Printify, you will want to ensure that you're 'shipping from' Printify in your shipping settings:
To set this up, I recommend following the Printify guide: How can I set up the Printify Shipping Calculator for Shopify? The Printify Shipping Calculator for Shopify will automatically add the correct shipping rate to your customer’s shopping cart. If you prefer to set up flat rates, please follow: How can I set up Printify Flat Rates for my Shopify Store? If you’ve decided to set up your Shopify store shipping manually, you have several setup options available that the guide goes through.
Please take a look through these resources and let me know if you have any questions! In the meantime, I'd love to hear more about your business. How has the rest of your store set-up been so far?

Hey, @LearningTree.
Thanks for getting back to me! Much appreciated. I'm happy to hear that the experience has been easy so far. Let's get these shipping settings sorted out together.
You got it! To use Third-party Carrier-Calculated Shipping Rates you will need to enable the feature on your account. This feature can be added to your account by our support team with the following three options:
To add the feature to your account, please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request through live chat, email, or callback. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in 'Ask about a topic', scroll down to 'Get Support', and then click 'Continue.' From there, you can submit your request to speak with an advisor.
Otherwise, you can choose to set up the flat fee rates without this feature. Please let me know if you have any questions about that! I'm more than happy to continue working on this together.

Hi, @LearningTree.
That's a great choice. The feature can be added by our support team for free that way. As well, you will save money on your subscription fees over the year. Feel free to reach out to our support team when you're ready to make the switch and they can get this set up for you quickly.
To reach our advisors, visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request through live chat, email, or callback. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in 'Ask about a topic', scroll down to 'Get Support', and then click 'Continue.'
Keep in mind that we have two NPO plans available, as well. If you're not already using this option, I highly recommend mentioning it to the advisor that you speak with so they can switch you over.
What is it that you are planning on selling with Shopify? I would love to hear more about your NPO.

Hey, @LearningTree.
Thank you so much for getting back to me. The NPO you are running is very inspiring, to say the least. I appreciate you sharing that with me. I absolutely agree that Shopify is a great way to reach supporters outside your physical locations.
I'm a huge fan of this blog, How to Write a Nonprofit Business Plan, which covers many important considerations for your NPO. If you have any other questions about this or setting up your third-party calculated rates, please don't hesitate to let me know.
All the best,
