How can I resolve Printify drop shipping address issues?

We do not want to ship out of a physical address, only drop ship from Printify. When you go to order a shirt, it says that your address is not available for shipping. How do I fix this problem?

To set shipping from only Printify, you will want to ensure that you're 'shipping from' Printify in your shipping settings

 

To set this up, I recommend following the Printify guide: How can I set up the Printify Shipping Calculator for ShopifyThe Printify Shipping Calculator for Shopify will automatically add the correct shipping rate to your customer’s shopping cart. If you prefer to set up flat rates, please follow: How can I set up Printify Flat Rates for my Shopify StoreIf you’ve decided to set up your Shopify store shipping manually, you have several setup options available that the guide goes through.

When I try to use the first step of setting up the shipping calculator for our account (instead of doing flat rates), it tells me that option is not available and I need to contact Shopify to enable this function.

Everything else has been really easy and user friendly. Setting up the shipping has been our largest hold up and complaint.

You got it! To use Third-party Carrier-Calculated Shipping Rates you will need to enable the feature on your account. This feature can be added to your account by our support team with the following three options: 

 

  1. On the advanced plan 
  2. If you move to an annual billing cycle on any plan (you'll also receive a discount on your plan by moving to this billing cycle)
  3.  Added to any plan for a 20$ month fee.  

To add the feature to your account, please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request through live chat, email, or callback. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in 'Ask about a topic', scroll down to 'Get Support', and then click 'Continue.' From there, you can submit your request to speak with an advisor. 

 

Otherwise, you can choose to set up the flat fee rates without this feature. Please let me know if you have any questions about that! I'm more than happy to continue working on this together.

I will move to the annual billing cycle if that gives us the option. We are a nonprofit so I am just wanting to make sure we don't spend more than we need to.

That's a great choice. The feature can be added by our support team for free that way. As well, you will save money on your subscription fees over the year. Feel free to reach out to our support team when you're ready to make the switch and they can get this set up for you quickly. 

 

To reach our advisors, visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request through live chat, email, or callback. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in 'Ask about a topic', scroll down to 'Get Support', and then click 'Continue.' 

 

Keep in mind that we have two NPO plans available, as well. If you're not already using this option, I highly recommend mentioning it to the advisor that you speak with so they can switch you over.

We have a random event shirt that we will offer to donors throughout the year (this April is our Autism Awareness Coffee for a Cause shirt) and feel with the Shopify platform we can better reach supporters outside our physical locations.

We also will be offering logo supplies for employees so we can cut down on on-hand storage of printed materials. This is also in hopes of cutting down up front print costs and getting stuck with random sizes that no one really needs. We also want to offer our staff and kids a larger variety of options (ie jackets, socks, cards, etc).

The Learning Tree provides services for children, ages 2-21, with developmental disabilities, including autism, and challenging behaviors with residential, educational, and clinical services specializing in ABA therapy. Most of our children are referred through DHR and Department of Mental Health. Most of our children do not have biological families or family supports, so we step in as their 24/7 caretakers through our residential program and become their extended family members. Our staff have the biggest hearts, and they deserve all the nice things to be able to support the children they devote their lives to helping.
