How can I resolve verification issues with Shopify Payments while living in a hotel?

Hello already probably 5 times. How do I deal with about the same problem. Shopify Payments is not working for me. I am asked to verify myself, with the help of a passport and place of residence. I myself am from Ukraine, but now in Ireland, as a legal resident. Shopify Passport was accepted, but they don’t want a place of residence (I dropped the photos that I will attach to this comment). After numerous one-repeated photo resets by me. They decided instead of my place of residence to request an extract on utility services (photo attached). But how can I drop it if I live in a hotel? I don't pay the hotel utilities, I just live in it. It's very strange that there are no Shopify managers. I would REALLY like to talk to them directly. How ill could speak with a manager and who knows how fix it?
