How can I restrict Apple Pay to US shipping addresses only?

Hello,

Currently, I only can ship to US locations. I have Apple Pay for express checkout on my store. However, Apple Pay allows one-click checkout with delivery addresses already setup, which means international shoppers can checkout with non-US addresses because they don't need to use the checkout page. 

How do I stop this and make sure that even with Apple pay they cannot complete the order without entering a US shipping address?
