How can I restrict delivery to certain postcode areas?

Our store is set up with Zapiets Store Delivery + Pickup app to allow customers to select their delivery day. All orders are with free delivery.

I am looking for a way to stop certain postcodes from being able to buy, as these are 'restricted' areas according to our courier who charges a much higher premium than normal.

As such, I'd like to stop customers from these postcodes ordering - most probably asking them to contact us directly so we can arrange an additional delivery fee.

Is this possible? I have been recommended a couple of apps which allows me to set rates for postcodes but this would mean adding all UK postcodes areas and just leaving out the couple I don't want to be able to order.
