How can I resubmit my photo ID for Shopify Payments verification?

Hi, the document I submitted isn’t valid and I cant resubmit my  photo ID in order to verify my identity to continue using Shopify Payments. Can you help me please?

Typically in these cases our accounts team would be best positioned to check for errors here, it is likely a purposeful lock to require you to contact our support team to review this for you. You can contact them through our help center either using live chat/CallBack or email here. 

Once you explain the issue they will likely test some common browser issues (I would also advise trying this on  mobile to be sure) and then check with the accounts team who securely review these documents, generally, live on the interaction with you.
