Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello, @Clanee12!
Thank you for your post. I understand how frustrating it can be to place an order online and then not receive any updates, so I'm happy to share some information with you here.
For context, Shopify is a software that merchants use to create online stores, but we're not involved with the business operations of these stores. When you place an order at a store that uses Shopify, you’re ordering directly from that business. Stores are responsible for their store policies, business practices, and the products that you buy.
You can use this form to report an issue with your order. I understand the store is no longer available to you, but you can still copy the link from your order confirmation email. If you still don't receive a response from the seller, you can contact your bank or payment provider who can investigate the order on your behalf. You can find more information on our Online Order FAQ page.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
