Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello,
saw this issue here on the community but need assistance.
When I first started selling I had a different bank account which was closed. BUT I have no clue what I entered before.
Help me to find the old numbers so I can enter my new bank account info.
Its been a month and I cant fufill any orders due to all my funds being on hold, shopify is my only income and support hasnt gotten back to be in weeks.
Shopify asked for my id and verification to fix this I provided them with it and was never responded back to.

Our team here on the forums can help with general support questions, but we don't have access to your account and therefore can't offer account-specific technical support.
If you've forgotten your old bank account information and need to update them, then our accounts team has a process in place to help you with that. If you have created a support request but had no update for a few weeks I would recommend checking in with our support here and asking for an update on your ticket.
Once it has been updated it takes a few days for those changes to take effect. This is because Payouts are created 1-2 days in advance of them appearing in your admin, and they are created to be sent to the details on the account at that time.
Let me know if you receive an update on this after checking in with support!
