How can I schedule the shipping confirmation email to send at a specific time?

Past 3-4pm, I am able to fulfill orders but I wont ship out that same day.  When I fulfill the order, the system asks me which day I will ship the order out.  I pick the next day and lets say I fulfill the order at 4pm, the shipping confirmation will be sent out the next day at 4pm.  I'd like to know where I can change this to have the shipping confirmation email send out at a specific time, like 9am the next day for orders filled the previous day.  When I fulfill an order at 10pm, I don't want the shipping email to go out the next day at 10pm.  I'd rather it go out at 9am.
